1. General

Datara Global is operated by TOMVIK s.r.o. (Slovakia). This website is informational. If a paid service is agreed, refund terms are governed primarily by the written agreement, scope of work, or order confirmation.

2. Eligibility

  • If work has not started and no resources were allocated, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • If work has started, refunds may be partial based on delivered milestones, time spent, and costs incurred.
  • Completed or delivered digital services are typically not refundable unless required by law or explicitly agreed.

3. How to request

Send your request to contact@datara.global with your invoice/reference number and a short explanation. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

4. Chargebacks

We encourage contacting us first to resolve issues. Unjustified chargebacks may delay resolution and may require additional verification.
